Itinerary
Pick up from your hotel at 08:30 and transfer to Beijing Cooking School. Firstly the chef from the cooking school will demonstrate you the whole process of Chinese cooking from beginning to the end. Then you will learn some dishes from difference areas of China in the school. Enjoy lunch in the school canteen. In the afternoon you have chance to cook one dish you selected with the assistance of the chef. Also drive you to the local free market to learn about Chinese vegetables, meats and the many spices that make Chinese cooking special. Return to the hotel. Service ends.
