Itinerary
Pick up from your hotel at 08:00 and drive to Beihai Park. In the Beihai Park, the Tai Chi professional will teach you the basic moves of the Taoist Tai Chi ‘set’. He or she will demonstrate each move and give you guidance on how to perform them. After lunch in the local restaurant, the professional will demonstrate Tai Chi sword to give you some guidance. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Service ends.
